Rockland Police beat: Drug possession, domestic violence assault
ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity Feb.11-17. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Feb. 11
Kristina Rowe, 43, of South Thomaston, was arrested for disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest, assault and unlawful possession of schedule W drugs by Officer Andrew Redden.
Wilber Roman, 43, of Thomaston, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order and domestic violence stalking by Officers Scott Solorzano and Joel Neal.
Feb. 12
Jessica Kelley, 24, of Rockland, was arrested for violating conditions of release by Officer Scott Redmun.
Feb. 13
Samuel Sanchez, 38, of Rockland, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license by Officer Scott Redmun.
Kristen Nicholas, 28, of Camden, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Alex Gaylor.
Feb. 14
Bobby Parker, 18, of Rockland, was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia by Sergeant Don Finnegan.
Andrew Luszczki, 51, of Rockland, was arrested on a warrant by Sergeant Ken Smith.
Jay Carter, 23, of Rockland, was arrested for criminal trespass by Officer Jacob Shirey.
Feb. 15
Jason Whalen, 36, of Isleboro, arrested on a warrant by Officer Alex Gaylor.
Feb. 17
Carl Wardwell, 24, of Rockland, arrested for a domestic violence assault by Officer Michael Freyer.
