ROCKPORT — On Saturday, December 4, at 4 p.m., the fifteenth ‘Ringing in the Season’ holiday handbell concert was presented to a live audience in the sanctuary of First Congregational Church of Camden. The concert was also live-streamed on YouTube, and is still available for viewing through January 10, 2022 at this address: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmMGIJ8J50o

This year’s program featured performances by Choral Bells of the First Congregational Church of Camden; Penobscot Bay Ringers and Penobscot Bay Ringers Ensemble of Camden; and the chamber trio of Maho Hisakawa (flute), Ami Wolovitz (violin), and Ina Wolovitz (piano), all of Camden.

The free-will offering collected at the end of the performance is always given to a local charitable organization. This year, a donation of $1266.25 was collected for the Knox County Homeless Coalition. Amy Rollins, concert organizer, recently presented the donation to Stephanie Primm, Executive Director of the Knox County Homeless Coalition.
