Registration open for week of community free blueberry picking at Beech Hill
FREE Blueberry Picks at the Beech Hill Preserve
ROCKPORT — “The ‘Blues’ will be ready early again this year,” said Coastal Mountains Land Trust, in a news release.
CMLT invites everyone to pick berries at Beech Hill Preserve. As CMLT did last year, instead of selling blueberries, it will offer a week of community free picks, from Sunday, July 21 through Saturday, July 27, from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., each day. An evening pick will be held on Thursday, July 25, from 5 - 7 p.m.
“We look forward to seeing you in the blueberry fields,” said CMLT.
Visit www.coastalmountains.org and look for the registration button in the center of the homepage, no phone calls please.
Participants should bring their own picking containers, drinking water and sun protection. Raking is not permitted.
Remember that dogs are not allowed in the fields, so please leave them at home. Also, raking is not permitted. If you have any questions or concerns, email info@coastalmountains.org.
