Elsa Chapin, long-time church pianist at the Searsmont United Methodist Church, will step down at the end of December. Chapin has played at the church's Sunday morning services for 30 years and retirement beckons.      

The church now seeks a pianist or organist to play for its Sunday services from 9:00 a.m.-10.00 a.m. The salary is negotiable.
