ROCKPORT — Paul S. Barrows, 63, husband of Bobbi (Ludwick) Barrows, died on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Pen Bay Medical Center.  A complete obituary will be published later.  Friends and family are invited to attend a dinner in memory of Paul from 4-7PM, Saturday, May 4, 2019, at the Winslow-Holbrook American Legion Post, 335 Limerock Street, Rockland, followed by a dance starting at 8pm with music by Creatures of Habit.
