Ornamental Herb Garden Design online talk with Merryspring, Jan. 7
John Fromer will lead the first online presentation of the new year called, Ornamental Herb Garden Design, Tuesday, Jan. 7, at 12 p.m., hosted by Merryspring Nature Center.
Fromer, a Maine Master Gardener Volunteer, will lead a talk on planning and planting an ornamental herb garden. Fromer has grown culinary herbs for restaurants and markets for over 20 years in production rows and in ornamental designs. The designs he will discuss could be culinary, medicinal or herbs for edible flowers. His original idea was “How can you replicate essence of the gardens at Chateau de Villandry for $20 in seeds?”
