Midcoast cupcake shop owner raises $25,000 for diabetes
Vicki Murray, owner of LAUGH Loud Smile Big in Camden, raised $25,000 at her first annual golf tournament and auction, Sweet Shots for Diabetes.
With 100 locals playing golf, and loads of local businesses donating goods and services, the Oct. 26 event at Rockland Gold Club was a success.
All proceeds will stay local, going to the Knox Clinic and GADD Fund to help pay for insulin and gear.
