Merryspring Nature Center’s 50th year to be topic of Quarry Hill talk

    CAMDEN — John Fromer, program director of Merryspring Nature Center, will be the featured speaker at the Anderson Inn at Quarry Hill on Monday, June 3, at 1:30 p.m.

    Established in 1974, Merryspring is a 66-acre park spanning Camden and Rockport. Now in its 50th year, the center offers a variety of popular activities open to the public, including Tuesday Talks, workshops and classes, walking/hiking, bird watching and exploring the Arboretum, Fairy Village and Vernal Pool. Program director John Fromer will highlight the year-round accessibility of this treasured space, located in close proximity to Quarry Hill.
