The call is out for nominations for Maine’s annual tourism awards, winners of which will be recognized at the 2018 2018 Governor’s Conference on Tourism to be held April 3-4 in Portland

Send nominations of outstanding people, businesses and organizations in Maine’s tourism industry who are helping to advance the growth of tourism in Maine.  The deadline to submit a nomination is January 8, 2018. The annual conference, hosted by the Maine Office of Tourism, is a two-day event for tourism and hospitality professionals from across the state. In addition to a presentation of the Maine Office of Tourism’s annual report on the “state of the state” for tourism, and roll-out of the marketing plan and creative for the coming year, the conference features workshops, keynote speakers, multiple networking opportunities and an exciting expo of services and resources for the tourism industry.
