LINCOLNVILLE — The middle school boys and girls basketball teams for Appleton Village School and Lincolnville Central School met on the court Wednesday, Dec. 8 in Lincolnville. 

In both contests, the host Lynx prevailed as the victors by a margin of five points. 

Girls: Lincolnville 44, Appleton 39

Scorers for Appleton included Izzy DeBrosky (21 points), Brenna Odone (11) and Zoe Davis (six).

Scorers for Lincolnville included Natalie Bolduc (20 points), Liana Talty (nine) and Maren Johnson (eight).

Boys: Lincolnville 50, Appleton 45

Scorers for Appleton included Jacob Harrington (18 points), Gavin Campbell (11) and Manny Moshoyer (six).

Scorers for Lincolnville included Mickey Nowell (16 points), Thomas Leadbetter (12) and Liam Day-Lynch (six).
