Knox County Superior Court closed cases
ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court from Jan 26-30.
Robert Armstead, 57, of Warren, probation violation, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 12 months in prison, probation partially revoked; assault, 10 months in prison.
Orrin J. Bimpson, Jr., 37, of Winslow, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 75 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Alan Bragg, 30, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 14 months in prison.
Hieth Chann, 30, of Worcester, Mass., cultivating marijuana, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, both dismissed.
Clifford E. Clark, 40, of Washington, operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, $1,000 fine, 15 months in prison; two counts of violating conditions of release, three months in jail.
Richard Ferrar, 26, of Cushing, unlawful trafficking in drugs, dismissed, unlawful trafficking in drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but four months suspended, probation two years, $420 restitution.
Alison R. Wellman Karl, of Rockland, unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but 15 days suspended, probation two years, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 15 days in jail.
Eric T. Lugar, 39, of Port Clyde, probation violation, theft by receiving stolen property, illegal possession of a firearm, five months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Cecilia Nason, 39, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
Keegan C. Roma, 22, of Westbrook, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine, six months in jail, all suspended, probation one year, trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed.
Maurice D. Young, 47, of Cushing, disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, violating conditions of release, terrorizing, operating under the influence, 90 days in jail, license suspended 150 days, $500 fine.
Steven W. Ward Jr., 39, of Hope, violating conditions of release, 90 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine, six months in jail.
Jeffrey Thomas Weeks, 34, of Warren, illegal possession of a firearm, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, four years in prison with all but one year suspended, probation two years, $628 restitution; night hunting, $1000 fine, six months in jail; possession of unregistered deer, $300 fine, six months in jail.
