ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior and Rockland District Court from Sept. 23-Nov. 2.
Superior Court
Jason S. Simpson, 49, of Rockland, probation violation for original conviction of gross sexual assault.
Richard Wellington, 64, of Warren, probation violation for original conviction of tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked; probation violation for original conviction of violation condition of release, two counts, six months in jail.
Chad Young, 38, of Rockland, probation violation for original conviction of operating under the influence (drugs or combo), two priors, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked.
Rockland District Court
Brian C. Courchene, 36, of Lamoine, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
