ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from April 24-May 5.
Superior Court
Brian R. Burch, 24, of Waldoboro, probation violation for original conviction of aggravated assault, 810 days in prison, probation revoked.
John M. Moody, 63, of Canaan, probation violation for original conviction of arson, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Samuel Simmons, 22, of Spruce Head, probation violation for original conviction of manslaughter, three days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Rockland District Court
Kevin J. Secotte, 33, of Thomaston, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 90 days in jail; failing to stop for officer, 90 days in jail.
