ROCKLAND — The Knox County grand jury indicted 33 defendants during its recent two-day session that concluded Oct. 6.  An indictment does not indicate guilt.

Christopher Beaulieu, 46, of Belfast, unauthorized use of property, a vehicle, and operating after revocation in Rockland May 23, 2022.

Treshawn M. Benbow, 21, of Waterville, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession/discharge of a firearm on or near school property (within 500 feet), violation of a condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, all in Union Sept. 4, 2022.

Joshua D. Benner, 33, Rockport, operating after revocation, two counts, in South Thomaston June 6, 2022, and in Rockport July 17, 2022; violation of condition of release in Rockport July 17, 2022.

Eliot T. Boyce, 51, of Cushing, dissemination of sexually explicit material to minor less than 12 years of age in Cushing Sept. 2, 2020.

Kyle M. Bragdon, 35, of Washington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of condition of release in Washington May 8, 2022.

Kevin M. Brown, 39, of South Thomaston, operating after revocation, driving to endanger, and violation of a condition of release in Thomaston June 28, 2022.

Matthew R. Chickering, 49, of Rockland, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon (knife) and terrorizing in Rockland Aug. 29, 2022.

Khyllie A. Cochran, 18, of Warren, aggravated criminal mischief causing damage exceeding $2,000 in at outbuilding at Oceanside High School in Rockland July 13, 2022.

Kaysie J. Corey, 28, of Vinalhaven, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, three counts, criminal operating under the influence, violation of condition of release, and criminal forfeiture of $2,168, all in Rockland Aug. 8, 2022.

Vanessa Delano, 34, of Freeport, domestic violence stalking, violation of a protective order, and unlawful possession scheduled drugs, all in Rockland Sept. 17, 2022.

Bernard Holmes-Fox, 29, of Mattapan, Mass., three counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (cocaine), three counts, criminal forfeiture of $4,123 in Knox County Sept. 14, 2022.

Joshua R. Glidden, 37, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking in Rockland March 31, 2022.

Sidney D. Harris, 37, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking, two counts, in Rockland June 30, 2022; violation of condition of release in Rockland June 30, 2022.

Christopher C. Hast, 33, Rockland, gross sexual assault, five counts, sexual exploitation of a minor, three counts, and possession of sexually explicit materials involving a minor, four counts. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in Rockland during 2021.
