Stephen Payson Erickson Sr., 59, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large in Rockland Aug. 6, $50 fine.

Aaron D. Fortner, of Rockport, no age listed, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockport July 27, $400 fine; criminal trespass in Rockport July 27, $250 fine all suspended.
