BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 11-18.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

May 11

Eric J. Fitzpatrick, 39, of Unity was arrested for theft and violating a condition of release on Bangor Road in Unity. 

Jennifer L. Connors, 37, of South Portland, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on Troy Road in Burnham.

Jason R. Huff, 50, of Unity, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Bangor Road in Unity. 

May 12

Heather Cunningham, 34, of Knox, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Public Safety Way in Belfast. 

May 13

Sean Baker, 51, of Unity, was arrested for disorderly conduct and violating a condition of release on School Street in Unity.
