Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from May 13-23.

    Michael E. Arvidson, 22, of Camden, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockport Nov. 20, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockport $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Kasey M. Campbell, 19, of South Thomaston, criminal mischief in Rockland Jan. 9, 2021, $200 fine; minor possessing liquor in Rockland Jan. 9, 2021, $200 fine.

    Chapter 11 Inc., of Lewiston, operating after registration suspended in Rockport Jan. 23, 2022, $150 fine.

    David Carter, 41, of Washington, violating protection from abuse order in Washington Jan. 29, 2022, $400 fine.

    Blair Drinkwater, 39, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), two priors, and operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions in South Thomaston July 14, 2020, all dismissed; driving to endanger in South Thomaston July 14, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Robert Emery III, 38, of Warren, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, in Warren Jan. 18, 2022, $500 fine.

    Aaron G. Fogg, 35, of Warren, domestic violence assault in Warren March 6, 2021, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Warren March 5, 2021, $250 fine.

    Andrew P. Gerrish, 42, of Springvale, operating while license suspended or revoked in Warren May 24, 2020, $500 fine.

    Stephen B. Grant, 42, of Cushing, criminal conspiracy in Cushing June 1, 2019, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Cushing March 1, 2019, $400 fine, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, probation six months.

    Isaiah Heald, 42, of Rockland, violating protection from abuse order, two counts, in Camden Jan. 21, 2022 and Feb. 14, 2022, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year; operating while license suspended in Warren Jan. 18, 2022, $250 fine, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland March 31, 2022, seven days in jail; criminal mischief in Rockland March 31, 2022, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland March 11, 2022 and April 12, 2022, seven days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport March 5, 2022, $250 fine, seven days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockport March 5, 2022, seven days in jail; refusing to sign criminal summons in Rockport March 5, 2022, seven days in jail.

    Joshua Mays, 26, of Westbrook, operating without license on North Haven Dec. 25, 2021, $250 fine.

    Christopher A. Ray, 40, of Lincolnville, gross sexual assault in Owls Head Jan. 1, 2019, three years in jail all suspended, probation two years; gross sexual assault, two counts, in Owls Head Jan. 1, 2019, both dismissed.

    Ray was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in Owls Head on News Year Day in 2019. The state and defense agreed that Ray would be given a three-year suspended jail term with two years of probation. He entered a “no contest plea” May 18 in Knox County Court before Justice Bruce Mallonee. With the plea, he did not accept or deny responsibility for the charges but agreed to a conviction. Ray is not to have any contact with the victim at her residence or place of employment.

    Ray is also required to complete an evaluation to determine whether he will need sexual offender counseling and substance abuse treatment. He will be placed on the state’s sex offender registry for 25 years.

    Stephen Scott, 48, of Tenants Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Tenants Harbor Aug. 7, 2020, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year probation, license suspended three years.

    Joshua A. Shough, 23, of Levant, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Dec. 18, 2021, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release in Thomaston Dec. 18, 2021, dismissed.

    Shawn H. Sprague, 28, of Cushing, probation violation on an original conviction for operating under the influence (alcohol), two priors, in St. George Nov. 10, 2019, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; domestic violence assault in Cushing March 4, 2022, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Cushing March 4, 2022, nine months in jail.

    Jacob R. Stevens, 27, of Newport, assault in Warren July 2, 2021, nine months and one day in jail.

    Lily Stratton, 19, of Thomaston, domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing in Camden Dec. 26, 2021, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

    Joseph Thurston, 34, of Rockland, probation violation on a original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Friendship March 1, 2018, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Andrew P. Tyler Jr., 29, of Appleton, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockport April 11, 2022, $250 fine.

    Brandon Wheeler, 24, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized use of property in Thomaston Aug. 2, 2021, 30 days in jail.
