Jumpstart January 2026 at Camden Public Library
The Camden Public Library’s annual Jumpstart January program series for adults returns in 2026 for another lineup of workshops and programs designed to engage your creativity, teach new skills, nourish your mind and body, and spark inspiration for the new year.
Spots are limited, and all Jumpstart January programs require pre-registration, according to CPL, in a news release.
Some events are free while others require a $10 materials fee to cover supplies and to help support the artists and instructors who teach these workshops.
Visit librarycamden.org/JJ26 for more details and to sign up for programs. All programs take place in-person at Camden Public Library.

On Saturday, January 17, at 1:00 PM, the library's own Amy Hand will lead an "Artist Trading Card Make & Trade." Spend a fun afternoon creating and trading Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) with other artists. We will paint, collage, draw, stamp, and more. $10 materials fee. Registration required.

Rita will lead a variety of dances with cha cha, twist, boogie, salsa, mambo steps and more to a variety of fun tunes. No dance experience is necessary, and steps are shown and cued, and are easily adapted to your needs. Free. Registration required.
