UNION – JoAnne M. Simmons, 75, wife of David M. Simmons, died Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport, after a period of declining health.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernards Catholic Church, 150 Broadway, Rockland, at 10 a.m, Wednesday, November 14, 2018. A full obituary will be published.
