Joan M. Daniello, obituary

 THOMASTON – Joan M. Daniello, 76, died Friday, August 10, 2018, at her home, surrounded by loved ones. 

Born in Rockland, October 30, 1941, she was the daughter of Carl W. and Ilma Johnson Sewall.   She was educated in local schools.

For more than 35 years, Joan worked at Green Island Packing and Port Clyde Foods, both in Rockland.

Joan loved playing BEANO and regularly attended the VFW Beano games.   She also enjoyed crocheting, knitting, doing puzzles, flowering gardening and keeping vegetable gardens at her home.

Other than her parents, Joan was pre-deceased by one daughter, Roxanne M. Penn in 2015.   She is survived by two sons, Timothy A. Sewall of Rockport, Mont T. ‘Danny’ Daniello, III and his companion Monica Hilton of Thomaston; her daughter, Tonya L. Anders of Thomaston; her brother Clyde Sewall of Rockland; three sisters, Gloria Wiley of Rockland, Lucille Heal and her husband Robert of South Thomaston, Diane Daniello of Thomaston; nine grandchildren, Will, Chris, Trittany, Timmy, Dillan, Devon, Danica, Gabie, Garrett; three great-grandchildren, Aidan, Max and Lorelei; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at Seaview Cemetery, Waldo Avenue, Rockland.

Arrangements are in the care of Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland.
