ROCKLAND — Violin virtuosos Sons of Mystro, brothers Malcolm and Umoja, will present a workshop for intermediate and advanced level string players before their performance on the Strand Theatre stage on Thursday, March 20. The workshop will take place from 5 - 6 p.m., and the concert will be presented at 7:30 p.m.

Those who participate in the workshop will be invited to perform one song on stage with the band. Music charts will be presented in advance, with the preference for students to memorize the music.

The workshop will take place at the theater and is offered at no cost to participants. 

Sons of Mystro performs innovative versions of over ten different genres of popular music on their violins, combining original compositions and imaginative covers in their dynamic live performances.
