Hope Elementary successfully raises funds to purchase new scoreboard

HOPE — Thanks to donations from local businesses and community members, the Hope Elementary School basketball program will benefit from a brand new scoreboard this season.
In an update on the GoFundMe page, Jessica Lavoie Snyder shared that the new scoreboard has been ordered and should be installed before the team’s first home basketball game.
Among those recognized on the fundraising page were The First, Camden National Bank, Bangor Savings Bank, Five Town Basketball, Bruce Laukka Construction, Field’s Dive Service, DLTC Healthcare and Bella Point.
Hope Elementary had a fundraising goal of $6,000 to purchase the new scoreboard.
