HOPE — Fundraising is underway at Hope Elementary School as the school hopes to have a new scoreboard installed in its gymnasium before basketball season starts in late November or early December. 

Just prior to school year ending in June, First National Bank started the fundraising efforts by donating $750, the only donation so far, towards the school’s $6,000 goal.

Attending a mid-June check presenting ceremony were Hope Town Clerk Chelsea Summers, Hope Town Administrator Samantha Mank, First National Bank Vice President and Senior Business Development Officer Jake Miller, Hope Elementary School Principal Danielle Fagonde and First National Wealth Management Business Development Officer Niki Janczura.
