Some stories cross an ocean to come home. On Saturday, Aug. 29, at 1 p.m., the Thomaston Historical Society welcomes Aimee Gagnon Fogg, founder of They Speak: Voices of Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, and Robbe Meers, who has adopted graves and honored the fallen since age 10. Together they'll share the stories of Maine's WWII service members resting among the 7,992 laid to rest at Henri-Chapelle, including PFC David L. Wotton of Thomaston.

This talk will take place at the Federated Church, 8 Hyler Street (enter from the back parking lot).
