NORTH HAVEN — Gregory Evan Quinn passed away peacefully in his sleep on Aug. 21, 2016. He had been fighting a 15-year battle with a rare form of cancer and is now at peace.

A 2000 graduate of North Haven Community School, he attended Thomas College for one year when his struggle with cancer began.

He is survived by his parents, Paul A. and Kathryn C. Quinn; one sister, Amber T. Quinn; his fiance, Jolene Stanwood; his nieces, Whitney Shay Newman, Chelsea and Sarah; numerous aunts, uncles and many cousins.

Greg loved music and was an accomplished musician and composer. He performed in many theatrical productions on North Haven. He will be sorely missed by the entire community.

Services will take place on Saturday, Sept. 3, at 11:30 a.m. at the North Haven Village Church. A graveside service will follow at the Seaview Cemetery. A celebration of his life will take place at the Grange immediately following.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the North Haven Baptist Church Discretionary Fund.
