PEMBROKE, New Hampshire — Donald L. Gross, age 67, of Birdie Circle, passed away on December 5, 2022 at Concord Hospital.

He was born in Frederick, Maryland, the son of the late Carroll L. Gross Sr. and Alta M. (Summers) Gross.

He was a graduate of Westminster High School class of 1973. He proudly served in the US Army.

In 1998 he and his wife, Christine, moved to Maine where they raised their 5 daughters. He worked in sales selling building materials for over 30 years. He was currently the co-owner and operator of Tindon Financial Services with his wife.

Donald loved music, traveling, visiting wineries, playing cards, and admiring old architecture.

Donald guided his family through their spiritual walk with God. 

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his unborn child, Briendel Gross.

Survived by his wife of 33 years, Christine (Dunning) Gross of Pembroke; his 5 daughters, Brittny Elyce Okahara and her husband Masahito of Tokyo, Japan, Brianna Elizabeth Henward and her husband Andrew of Warren, Maine, Bridgette Lorraine Gross of Warren, Maine, Rachel Eliyah and Eliana Mara Gross of Pembroke; 1 grandson, Sora Parker Okahara of Tokyo, Japan; his siblings, Teresa Woods of Thurmont, Maryland, Carroll L. Gross Jr. and his wife Kim, Larry Gross and his wife Sheila, and Angel Stull and her husband Mike all of Westminster, Maryland.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, December 13, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main Street, Concord, New Hampshire.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 14, at 11 a.m., in the Chapel of the Waters Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in the Blossom Hill Cemetery where military honors will be provided.
