Camden Hills Regional High School has announced that the cumulative academic records for the Class of 2012 will be destroyed beginning August 15, 2020.

If you graduated in 2012 and would like to have your cumulative record, please call the CHRHS Counseling Department (236-7800 ext. 3360/3361) to make arrangements to pick up your record.

Federal regulations — under the Family Educational Privacy Act (FERPA) — stipulate that rights to these records transfer to students upon turning 18. As such, records will only be released to students with appropriate identification (license, passport, etc.) or to parents of students who present both signed permission from their student and appropriate identification.

Please note that the permanent high school transcript will be maintained in perpetuity.
