CAMDEN — A construction project at the corner of Park and Mechanic streets in Camden has prompted the closing of Mechanic Street for the day Wednesday, June. 1

Camden Police Chief Randy Gagne said that a traffic detour around the intersection has been set up.

Gagne said the work is expected to be completed by the end of the day, and the road opened back up later this evening.
