Owners Caitlin Pinkerton and Nick Falabella recently opened their business after a combined 50 years of experience, mostly at Mid-Coast Energy Systems Inc. in Damariscotta.

Falabella started his 34-year career working with a heating company on Long Island, New York, before moving to Maine and working for around six years with Maritime Energy in Rockland, and then moving on to Mid-Coast Energy.

Pinkerton worked at Downeast Energy in Brunswick for five years and at Mid-Coast Energy for 10.

The owners provide installation and service, specializing in oil heating systems. They will also service central heating systems.

Falabella said very few people work on monitor heaters/Toyostove heaters. “Caitlin knows them well. New parts are available, and she can rebuild them if necessary.”

The plan is to remain a two-person business. “We are very thorough, and we firmly believe in honesty and integrity,” Falabella said. “Our business is still in the beginning stages, but we decided we wanted to be our own bosses, and we’ll do it right.

“We want our former customers, many who have followed us through the years, to know that we’re still here, and still working.”

CN Heating & Monitor Services provides 24-hour service, and is fully licensed and insured.

Regular hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Emergency service is available 24/7.
