CHRHS Scotland/Ireland trip fundraiser at Flatbread Pizza, Nov. 12
ROCKPORT — Camden Hills Regional High School students are hosting a fundraiser Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 4 - 8 p.m., at Flatbread Pizza, in Rockport. A percentage of every pizza sold (eat-in and takeout) will go to support students traveling to Scotland and Ireland in April.
Along with your pizza purchase, you can enjoy Irish music, participate in other fundraising activities, and speak with students and parents about this trip and other travel opportunities offered by Camden Hills High School.
Students traveling with EF (Education First), on this cultural enrichment program, will have the opportunity to apply what they learn, through travel, by completing a trip related course in exchange for high school or college credits.
For many students, this is their first opportunity to travel abroad or without their family. Families are responsible for the cost of the trip. Fundraising and donations are important to insure all interested travelers are able to participate.
In addition to the Flatbread Fundraiser, you can support our students by taking your redeemable bottles and cans to the Camden Redemption Center and telling them you are donating for the CHRHS Scotland/Ireland Trip. You can also get a Clynk code or bag to donate your redeemable items. Additional fundraisers, including an art auction, will be held in the coming months.
For more information about the trip or how you can support these students, please contact trip advisor, Suzanne Southworth, at Camden Hills Regional High School via email: suzanne.southworth@fivetowns.net.
