“A Children’s Contemplative Garden: Hold the Veggies” the focus of Camden Garden club talk
CAMDEN — “Like two peas in a pod, children and gardens go together naturally,” said Camden Garden Club, in a news release.
There is much more to discover on Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Camden Garden Club general meeting. At 9:30 a.m., Mary Katherine Hayes, a Camden Garden Club Board member, Chair of the Education Committee, and Master Gardener, will present “A Children’s Contemplative Garden: Hold the Veggies,” at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 33 Chestnut Street, in Camden.
“There is a garden in every childhood, an enchanted place, where colors are brighter, the air is softer, and the morning more fragrant than ever again.” Elizabeth Lawrence
The presentation is free and all are welcome.
