There will be a winter parking ban for all streets and parking lots in Camden, except for the Public Safety lot on Washington Street, from 7 p.m., Sunday, January 19, to 6 a.m., Monday, January 20. 

Then, a second downtown-only parking ban shall take effect on Monday, January 20, beginning at 10 p.m. until Tuesday morning January 21, at 6 a.m. to enable snow removal from the parking and drainage areas in the downtown, specifically Mechanic, Elm, Main, High and Bay View streets, Atlantic Ave and the Public Landing.

"We understand an overnight ban is less than ideal, but snow plow crews must stay ahead of the storm, and the potentially needed downtown removal of accumulated snow and ice," said Camden Police Chief Randy Gagne. "Thank you."
