The Blue Café concert series continues on Tuesday, July 22, at 7:30 p.m. with an intimate performance by acclaimed singer-songwriter Jonny Brenns, "a rising local artist celebrated for his emotionally rich songwriting and captivating live performances," said Camden Opera House, in a news release.

 

A local storyteller with a soulful voice, Brenns first gained national attention as a Top 14 finalist on American Idol. Since then, he has built a devoted independent following, earning more than 40 million streams across three releases while also writing songs for Universal Music.

 

"His performances combine heartfelt storytelling with a powerful vocal presence, honed through appearances in venues ranging from intimate listening rooms to the Dolby Theatre, as well as a solo performance during the White House's Fourth of July celebration," said COH.

 

The concert takes place in the Blue Café, on the 3rd floor of the Camden Opera House at 29 Elm Street. Seating is limited, and doors open at 7 p.m.

 

Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
