ROCKLAND — Beverly M. Burnham, 77, died June 3, 2015, one day before her 78th birthday, at Quarry Hill in Camden, with her sister at her side.

Born in Boothbay on June, 4, 1937, she was the daughter of Lester G. and Louise Rice Burnham. She attended Boothbay schools.

Beverly enjoyed working for summer residents many years. She enjoyed sewing intricate pieces.

Beverly resided with her mother in East Boothbay, until her mother's death in 2004. Since that time she resided with her sister and brother-in-law in Rockland.

Beverly is survived by her sister, Maude E. Winchenbach and her husband, Gerald, of Rockland; three brothers, Stanley Burnham and his wife, Toni, of Dallas, N.C., Douglas Burnham and his wife, Doris, of Sawyers Island in Boothbay, and Cecil Burnham of South Bristol; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Parker and Sheldon.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, June 28 at 1 p.m. at Ocean View Cemetery in Boothbay. The Rev. Alfred Roberts will officiate.
