Green with Envy Salon has purchased Making Waves Salon in Belfast. For 26 years, Cathy Hall has owned and operated Making Waves.
“I would like to thank all of my family,friends,guests and employees for being a part of my dream,” she said, in a press release. “I am excited to start this new journey of semi-retirement.”
Making Waves will be transitioning to an Aveda Concept Salon in January.
