Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity June 21 - July 21.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 21
Tyler J. Cherry, 26, of Swanville, was issued a summons for furnishing liquor to a minor on Oak Hill Road.
July 16
Tyler Damon, 33, was issued a summons for possession of a schedule W drug on Crocker Road.
Glenn Reed, 51, of Belfast, was issued a summons for harassment on Waldo Ave, stemming from an incident June 23.
July 17
Byrlynne Ellis, 46, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Main Street.
July 20
Justin T. Cooney, 28, of Carver, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Ave.
