BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March May 16 - June 10.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

May 16

Dakota D. Hustus, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Ryan Road. 

May 25

Timothy P. Gotham, 44, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Field Street. 

May 30

Joseph D. Shadel, 47, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Spring Street.

June 6

Jamie L. Hills, 42, of Brooks, was arrested on a warrant. 

June 7

Phyllip J. Stevens, 35, of Searsmont, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Smart Road.
