Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 6-26.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 6
Bernard A. Larrebee, 57, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street.
Kahlon Jerome, 24, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for permitting unlawful use on Swan Lake Ave.
March 13
Susan E. Pellicano, 56, of Deer Isle, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on High Street.
David Pittman, 41, of Owls Head, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, violating conditions of release, and false attachment of plates on Route 1. Pittman was also cited for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance.
March 15
Nicholas Meisner, 38, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for criminal mischief.
March 16
Dakota Brann, 28, was arrested for violating a condition of release, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief on Waldo Ave. Brann was arrested March 17 for aggravated criminal mischief and violating a condition of release on Waldo Ave.
March 18
Nicholas Riley, 48, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Waterville Road.
John Calloway, 60, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of fentanyl on Waldo Ave.
March 19
Eric W. Levangie, 51, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
March 23
Christopher M. Herrick, 43, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave.
