BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 6-19.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
March 6
Richie M. Day, 40, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
March 7
Pennie Gamage, 42, of Owls Head, was issued summonses for operating with a license beyond 90 days past expiration and false attachment of plates on Swan Lake Ave.
March 8
Gussie Vaughn, 74, of Belfast, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating an unregistered vehicle (150+ days beyond expiration) on Belmont Ave.
Clyde E. Potter, 39, of Monroe, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation and violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave.
March 10
Dylan Mitchell, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Searsport Ave.
March 11
Steven Carr, 25, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for operating after habitual offender revocation and violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave.
March 13
Courtney Burns, 38, of Monroe, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Robbins Road.
Lia Frazee, 20, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear.
Miguel Mercado, 37, of Searsport, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on High Street.
Susan Pellicano, 56, of Deer Isle, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident with injuries on Route 3, stemming from an incident March 11.
Kyle B. Young, 39, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Starrett Drive.
March 14
Elvis N. Robbins, 70, of Belfast, was arrested for two counts of failure to appear.
March 17
Michael A. Styx, 26, of Bangor, was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault.
