BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 13-23.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 13
John Dellamattera, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Starrett Drive.
Jan. 17
Nathan Mitchell, 20, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Ryan Road.
Jan. 18
William A. Cordes-Eklund, 40, of Montville, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and harassment on Jesse Robbins Road, stemming from an incident Jan. 12.
