BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 10-17.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17 or younger are not named.

Jan. 7

Victor Amaro, 42, of Waldo, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation on Belmont Ave. 

Jan. 9

Shawn O’Brien, 39, of Waldo, was issued a summons for operating with suspended registration on Mill Lane. 

Angel L. Newton, 33, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

Jan. 10

Craig Demmons, 30, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Searsport Ave. 

Jan. 11

Imma Thomas, 25, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Jan. 12

Jeffrey M. Kennard, 33, of Liberty, was arrested for failure to appear.
