BELFAST - Throughout February, Belfast Free Library will waive overdue fines for patrons who donate non-perishable food items. All donations will go to the Belfast Greater Bay Area Ministerium Food Pantry.

Those who don’t have fines or aren’t a member of the library are also welcome to donate. The donations will be accepted at the main circulation desk, during regular business hours. Needed items are peanut butter, cereal, oats, pasta, rice, canned fruits and vegetables.
