Belfast Police beat: terrorizing, OUI, domestic violence

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Feb. 17-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Feb. 17

    Heather M. Quimby, 43, of Brooks, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Searsport Avenue.

    David M. Painter, 56, of Bar Harbor, was issued a summons for speeding 63 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

    Feb. 19

    James R. Durand, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief on Ryan Road.

    Feb. 23

    Laurie L. Allen, 57, of Belfast, was arrested for terrorizing.

    Feb. 24

    Terri D. Fuller, 35, of Brooks, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belmont Avenue. She was also issued a summons for operating after suspension.

    Troy E. Bryant, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Raymond Stover, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, terrorizing and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
