Islesboro Police beat: Theft, littering
ISLESBORO — Islesboro police reported the following activity from Sept. 4-10. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Sept. 5
Public Safety Director Fred Porter received a report of fraud on Pendleton Point Road.
Sept.7
Porter responded to a suspicious complaint on Oregon Road. The complaint is under investigation.
Porter responded to a suspicious complaint on Main Road. The complaint was furthered investigated and it was closed unfounded.
Sept. 8
Porter received a report of a wildlife problem on West Bay Road.
Sept. 9
Porter received a report of an animal problem on Hewes Point Road.
Porter responded to a complaint of littering on Ferry Road.
Porter responded to a report of a theft on Jetty Road. The complaint is under investigation.
