Woman arrested for OUI after vehicle reported off road

NORTHPORT — A Northport woman was arrested Dec. 23, after law enforcement responded to the report of a vehicle off the road.
Deputy Chris West responded to the scene on Atlantic Highway, where he interviewed the driver, identified as Traci Sheldon, 49.
Sheldon was asked to perform standard field sobriety tests after Deputy West became suspicious she was impaired.
Following completion of the tests, Sheldon was arrested and charged with operating under the influence.
Deputy West transported Sheldon to the Waldo County Correctional Center where she was later released on $300 bail.
