Robert Bacon, obituary
BANGOR and FRANKFORT — Robert Earl Bacon Jr., 54, of Bangor, formerly of Frankfort, passed away on Nov. 1, 2016, at a local hospital, surrounded by his family, after a long battle with alcohol addiction.
Robert was born Feb. 15, 1962, at the Plattsburgh Air Force Base Hospital in Plattsburgh, N.Y., to Master Sgt. Robert Bacon Sr. and Letha (Burnsed) Bacon.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Molly and her fiancé, Adam, and their daughter, Saydee; his son, Joshua and his wife, Megan, and their children, Lexie and Nick; three sisters, Sandra Cormier of Bangor, Terry Townsend of Holden and Pamela Glidden of Frankfort; his brothers, Fred Bacon of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Paul Bacon of Bangor; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and several close friends, including Jimmy D. and Randy L.
Services for Robert will be private.
