    BELFAST — The following Unified Criminal Court cases were closed in Waldo County from Aug. 19-25.

    Wendell Corey, 38, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast April 25, 2015, dismissed; operating vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast April 25, 2015, dismissed.

    Jenny D. Orcutt, 32, of Searsport, driving to endanger in Belfast May 13, 2015, dismissed.

    Nikalee Esposito, 26, of Rockland, violating conditions of release in Liberty Oct. 3, dismissed.

    Chance T. Singleton, 33, of Palermo, probation violation in Palermo Nov. 22, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Kandi Flemming, 27, of Winterport, endangering the welfare of a child in Winterport Oct. 5, dismissed. 

    Karla M. Dennison, 28, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson Nov. 6, dismissed. 

    Adam J. Littlefield, 31, of Winterport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Winterport Dec. 9, six months in jail and $1,000 fine. 

    Tanya T. Prime, 47, of Brooklin, violating condition of release in Searsport Feb. 6, $200 fine. 

    Hector Bohan, 26, of Wiscasset, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Searsport Dec. 11, 14 days in jail and $400 fine. 

    Arthur Stevens, 59, of Swanville, unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast Sept. 10, seven months in jail and $400 fine; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Swanville Sept. 24, seven months in jail and $400 fine; aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Swanville Sept. 24 (two counts), both dismissed. 

    Jason A. Kilby, 25, of Freedom, operating while license suspended or revokedd in Belfast May 26, 48 hours in jail and $750 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast May 26, dismissed. 

    Mindy A. Spaulding, 41, of Jackson, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Unity May 12, $500 fine. 

    Kory A. Schmidt, 23, of Stockton Springs, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over speed limit in Palermo May 15, $500 fine.

    Richard Peavey Jr., 41, of Montville, domestic violence terrorizing in Brooks May 20, 12 moths in prison. 

    Joshua Bither, 24, of Troy, operating under the influence in Troy May 23, 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years and $700 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Troy May 23, 48 hours in jail. 

    Caitlin A. Alger, 25, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast May 27, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine. 

    Christopher A. Sam, 28, of Caribou, operating after habitual offender revocation in Books June 4, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating conditions of release in Brooks June 4, 30 days in jail. 

    Ray E. Hubbard, 56, of Unity, operating under the influence in Unity June 10, license suspended for 150 days ad $500 fine.

    Chad V. Walters, 22, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Lincolnville June 18, license suspended for 150 days and $800 fine; furnishing liquor to a minor in Lincolnville June 18, dismissed. 

    Richard Peavey Jr., 41, of Brooks, violating conditions of release in Brooks June 22, nine months in jail; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures)  inn Brooks June 22, dismissed. 

    Joe E. Potter, 24, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 28, $200 fine. 

    Jacob R. Miller, 25, of Waterville, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Palermo May 28, $350 restitution and $575 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Palermo May 28, dismissed; driving to endanger in Palermo May 28, dismissed. 

    Joan M. Maddocks, 59, of Northport, assault in Northport May 14, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Northport May 14, $200 fine. 

    Leslie Page, 68, of Fairfield, driving to endanger in Freedom June 20, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    Michael Flagg, 25, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy May 12, $250 fine.

    Alexandria M. Northup, 19, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Searsmont July 5, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Searsmont July 5, dismissed; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Searsmont July 5, $350 fine.

    Danielle N. Nevins, 34, of Orrington, operating under the influence in Northport July 19, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Kimberly Tyler, 43, of Liberty, operating under the influence in Searsmont July 31, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; domestic violence assault in Searsmont July 31, dismissed.

    Brett Rosenbaum, 18, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast July 21, dismissed.

    William L. Rector, 69, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Belfast July 4, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Eric D. Guilmette, 36, of Gardiner, theft by receiving stolen property in Searsmont June 30, $150 fine; displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Searsmont June 30, $150 fine.

    Davis Boardman, 20, of Islesboro, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Islesboro July 3, $150 fine. 

    Shiante A. McManus, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport July 1, $500 fine.

    Bryan Marr, 29, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast July 12, 48 hours in jail and $750 fine. 

    Levi Westover, 22, of Liberty, fishing without a valid license in Liberty May 30, $100 fine. 

    Tara A. Christansen, 32, of Belfast, fishing without a valid license in Liberty May 30, $100 fine.

    Jeremy P. Trotter, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 18, $500 fine; obscuring motor vehicle plates in Belfast June 18, $200 fine. 

    Janessa Connor, 26, of Knox, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast Aug. 18, $400 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Aug. 18, $300 fine. 

    Joe E. Potter, 24, of Knox, use of drug paraphernalia in Belfast Aug. 18, $300 fine.
