ROCKLAND — On Tuesday, Dec. 15, Medomak Valley's Nicholas DePatsy scored his 1000th point with 3:28 left in the third quarter against rival Oceanside.

DePatsy becomes just the fourth player in Medomak history to score 1000 points or more.

Josh Nash scored 1,798 points graduating in the Class of '95, but he reached his 1,000th in 1994, his junior year. Julie Littlefield scored 1,034 points and was the Class of '92, and most recently before DePatsy was Alanna Vose with 1,023 career points from the Class of '12.

DePatsy is a three sport all star athlete that has excelled at basketball. By the end of this season he should be No. 2 on the all-time Medomak scoring chart.
