Camden National Bank Honors Seven Employees for Exemplary Service


Camden National Bank recently celebrated and honored the extraordinary efforts of its employees at the company’s Employee Appreciation Event, held at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor. The annual event draws hundreds of employees from the bank’s 46 locations and recognizes exceptional commitment to customer service and the core values of the organization: honesty and integrity, trust, service, responsibility and excellence.

This annual event lets us celebrate their remarkable accomplishments as well as show our gratitude for their hard work.” said Greg Dufour, president and chief executive officer of Camden National Bank, in a news release.
He continued: “I count myself as extremely lucky to work with such wonderful and dedicated individuals. Each one of our employees embodies the bank’s commitment to outstanding customer service and community values.”
Awards presented over the course of the evening honored individuals for their commitment to service to customers, fellow employees, shareholders, the community, and the overall success of Camden National. This year’s recipients included: Trenna Bragg (Customer Assistance Center, Rockport), Samantha Helander (Belfast Plaza), Olivia Seibel (Information Technology, Rockport), Josh Wing (Facilities, Hermon), Angela Bishop (Electronic Banking, Rockport), Kim Ratner (Marketing, Camden), and Tiffani Davis (Brewer).
•Commitment to Core Values: Trenna Bragg, senior customer assistance center specialist, received this year’s Commitment to Core Values Award. Bragg joined the company in 2012 and is known for her helpful and compassionate nature and her ability to quickly build relationships with both new and existing customers.
•Commitment to the Customer: Samantha Helander, branch manager in our Belfast Plaza office, received the Commitment to the Customer Award for her positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to go above and beyond and provide an exceptional customer experience. Helander is instrumental in the day to day success of the branch she works in and always keeps the customer experience top of mind.
•Commitment to Internal Service: Olivia Seibel, help desk associate in information technology, received the Commitment to Internal Service Award to recognize her commitment to the success of her fellow employees. Seibel takes on individual challenges and makes sure that her customers are satisfied with the outcome. She is also known for her willingness to learn and following up with her co-workers to ensure continued success.
•Commitment to the Employee: Josh Wing, facilities associate, was recognized with the Commitment to the Employee Award for his providing excellent service to his co-workers and ensuring that the branches under his watch are well cared for and safe for both employees and customers alike. Wing leads by example and has proven to be an advocate for others and someone who is available on a moment’s notice to help anyone in the company.
•Commitment to the Shareholder: Angela Bishop, electronic banking associate, received the Commitment to the Shareholder Award for her willingness to go “above and beyond” at every opportunity and apply her knowledge for the betterment of the company, employees, customers, and shareholders. Her attention to detail on recent projects work led to their success and will allow the company to better manage and mitigate fraud risk and provide added value to our shareholders.
•Commitment to the Community: Kim Ratner, marketing specialist, received this year’s Commitment to the Community Award for her contributions in connecting the Bank to its communities through ongoing marketing and public relations efforts as well as an increased social media presence. Since joining the company in 2014, she has made a positive impact on the organization and how it is perceived by employees, customers, and shareholders alike.
•Employee of the Year: Tiffani Davis, senior customer sales and service consultant in our Brewer office, was recognized with the prestigious award of Stakeholder of the Year for 2015. Davis consistently delivers excellent customer service to customers and employees. Whether it’s reaching out to customers by phone or personal visits, promoting teamwork within her branch, or volunteering at the OHI and Brewer food pantry, she demonstrates a sincere commitment to the success of Camden National, its employees, customers, community, and shareholders.
