Knox County District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from July 27-31.
Mitchell McNeil Carney, 25, of Thomaston, violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Adam Hall, 23, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; criminal mischief, $250 fine.
Raheem A. James, 21, of Rockland, criminal trespass, 90 days in jail.
Eli Z. Kemberling, 23, of Rockport, operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, dismissed.
Neal V. Kenney, IV, 36, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; stealing drugs, 14 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 14 days in jail.
Devin Walker, 19, of Vinalhaven, failing to make oral or written accident report, $1,000 fine; driving to endanger, $1,000 fine.
